Recently I had a well respected local newspaper reporter ask me 'Why would you choose to open a real estate brokerage now given the hardship's in the real estate market and the overall economy?' My answer was this: 'I believe that right now is the perfect time for me to offer the consumer a Full Service broker for a lesser fee and the ability to offer a Solution to their real estate needs'. That is truly what I believe and it is our goal here with every transaction whether it is a first time buyer or a multiple time seller.
